Goa: ಗೋವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮದ ಕುರಿತು ಯೂಟೂಬ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹರಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ಧಿ ಹರಡಿಸಲು ಕೆಲವು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಗಳು ಹಣ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ಧಿ ಹರಡುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಥವಾ ಗೋವಾದ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪ್ರಮೋದ ಸಾವಂತ್ ರವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಗೋವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ಸಚಿವ ರೋಹನ್ ಖಂವಟೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಗೋವಾ ಪರ್ವರಿಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಕ್ರೂಜ್ ಬೋಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಜಲಕ್ರೀಡೆ ಬೋಟ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಗೋವಾಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಇತರ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಗೋವಾಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬಂತಹ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ಧಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಷಯ ಎಲ್ಲಡೆ ವೈರಲ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಘಟನೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಣ್ಣಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ವರ್ಷ ಹೊಸವರ್ಷ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಾಚರಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹೊಟೇಲ್ ಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಫುಲ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದವು. ಬೀಚ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರ ಗರ್ದಿಯಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಗಳು ಇತರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಸ್ಥರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಲಾಭ ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ರೋಹನ್ ಖಂವಟೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Goa: Fake news and misinformation about Goa state tourism is being spread through YouTube and other social media. Some social media influencers get paid to spread this fake news. Goa State Tourism Minister Rohan Khamwate said that he has discussed with Chief Minister Pramoda Sawant to take action against those spreading such false news or tarnishing the name of Goa.

The minister held a meeting with cruise boat and other water sports boat owners at the Ministry of Agriculture in Goa.

Other tourist destinations are being prioritized over Goa for the New Year, fake news is doing the rounds on social media that tourists have turned their backs on Goa. This is going viral everywhere. The government is keeping an eye on all these incidents. During the New Year celebrations this year, all the hotels in Goa were fully booked. The beaches were crowded with tourists. Minister Rohan Khamwate informed that due to this, hotels and other businessmen have made more profit.
